Caranya lepaskan udang dari kepalanya. Taruh di tempat terpisah. Jangan lupa bersihkan bagian atas tubuh udang untuk membuang sisa kotoran. Tidak perlu melepas cangkang udang, sebab cangkangnya ternyata juga mengandung rasa yang sedap.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Siapkan wajan dan tuang sedikit minyak di atasnya. Tumis kepala udang tadi dengan api sedang dan tambahkan garam secukupnya. Masak sampai berubah warna menjadi merah dan teksturnya keras. Matikan api. Sisihkan wajan sejenak.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Sekarang siapkan bumbu tomyam dengan mengupas serai dari kulit terluarnya. Kemudian, potong serong serai tersebut jadi sekitar 3 bagian. Dengan gagang pisau, geprek serai.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Siapkan panci sup ukuran besar dan isi dengan serai, cabe keriting, dan bawang bombay.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tuang air ke dalamnya dan nyalakan api, rebus sampai muncul buih-buih tanda sudah mendidih. Kecilkan api dan biarkan<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> simmering.<\/span><\/i><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Ambil sisa serai dan buang, sementara cabe dan bawang bombay bisa dibiarkan tetap dalam panci.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Tambahkan badan udang, jamur, dan kecap ikan ke dalam sup tersebut. Masak sampai udang matang dan berubah warna.
