Masukan sawi dalam wadah dan campur dengan garam dan diamkan selama 1 jam.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sambil menunggu, buat pasta kimchi dengan mencampurkan bawang putih, jahe, kecap ikan, saus sambal, gula, dan cuka.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Setelah sejam, silakan bilas sawi dengan air mengalir dan tiriskan. Cuci juga sayuran lain yang akan dipakai yaitu wortel dan lobak.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gunakan mangkuk besar, campurkan sawi, wortel, dan lobak dengan pasta kimchi sampai semua tercampur rata.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pindahkan kimchi ke dalam wadah tertutup dan biarkan terfermentasi di suhu ruangan selama semalaman.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Setelah itu, kimchi sudah bisa dikonsumsi langsung. Jika masih sisa, Sedulur bisa menyimpannya dalam kulkas selama maksimal 2 minggu. Kemudian gunakan sisa garam untuk ditaburkan di tiap lembaran sawi. Lakukan sampai semua lembaran selesai.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Diamkan selama kurang lebih 2-3 jam, kemudian balik sisinya dan diamkan lagi 3-4 jam.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sambil menunggu buat kaldu dashima, ini opsional Sedulur bisa melompatinya. Namun, jika ingin membuat resep kimchi sawi yang otentik silakan ikuti langkah ini.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rendam dashima dalam air mendidih. Tambahkan tepung beras dan aduk sampai mengental dan semua mendidih merata. Matikan api.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Buat pasta kimchi dengan mencampur semua bahan ditambah campuran dashima dan tepung beras tadi. Aduk sampai membentuk pasta.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Potong memanjang lobak dan daun bawang. Masukan dalam mangkuk dan tuang pasta kimchi ke dalamnya. Aduk rata.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ambil sawi yang sudah didiamkan dalam air garam, dan selipkan campuran lobak, daun bawang, serta pasta kimchi ke setiap lapisan sawi. Tutup dan lipat rapat.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Simpan kimchi tersebut dalam wadah tertutup dan biarkan terfermentasi di suhu ruangan selama 12-24 jam.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hasil dari kimchi resep siap untuk disantap.
