Serabi ini sebenarnya bisa ditemukan di berbagai daerah di Indonesia, termasuk Serabi Bandung dan Solo yang sudah sangat populer. Kedua kawasan ini mempunyai ciri khas serapi dan kenikmatannya masing-masing.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Kedai Serabi paling legendaris di Ponorogo terletak di depan kantor Kecamatan Kota Ponorogo, yaitu Bibit Utami telah berjualan serapi sejak tahun 1991. Cara memasak selabi di sini masih menggunakan cara tradisional dengan tungku dan arang.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Terlihat tangan Bibit sangat fleksibel saat memasak serabi. Lalu menuang adonan serabi ke dalam wajan panas. Setelah 1 menit, adonan sudah siap dan dikeluarkan. Setiap serabi dimasak satu per satu dalam wajan kecil.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Cita Rasa Serabi Ponorogo<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Serabi Ponorogo bisa dibilang punya ciri khas tersendiri dan berbeda dengan yang ada di daerah lain. Serabi di Kota Reog dimasak dengan tungku dan wajan tanah liat, untuk mempertahankan cita caranya. Lalu disajikan dengan kuah santan. Kue tradisional ini terbuat dari tepung beras dan santan kepala.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Cita rasa serabinya gurih, sedangkan kuahnya bisa manis atau gurih asin. Kalau ingin manis, Sedulur bisa menggunakan kuah santan dengan gula merah. Jika ingin gurih asin tanpa gula merah. Serabi Ponorogo sangat nikmat ketika dimakan masih dalam keadaan hangat. Tekstur serabinya empuk dan lembut. Lalu ditambahkan dengan topping parutan kelapa.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Cara Membuat Serabi Ponorogo<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Sebenarnya cara membuat serabi Ponorogo tidak terlalu sulit dan mirip dengan cara membuat serabi di daerah lain. color: #000000;\">150 gr gula merah<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">1 sdm gula pasir<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">1\/4 sdt garam<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">500 ml air<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;
