Namun tak perlu khawatir. Sebab, sate lalat tetap menggunakan daging sebagai bahannya, baik daging ayam, kambing, kelinci, ataupun sapi.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Cerita di Balik Sate Lalat<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Sedulur tentu penasaran mengapa hidangan ini diberi nama sate lalat. Dihimpun dari berbagai sumber, nama tersebut tercipta lantaran potongan daging pada sate lalat sengaja dibuat lebih kecil daripada ukuran daging sate pada umumnya. Hal ini membuat daging sate tampak hitam dan kecil seperti lalat setelah dibakar. Oleh karena itu, hidangan ini pun disebut sebagai sate lalat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Sementara itu jika membahas tentang sejarahnya, dikatakan bahwa sate lalat dikembangkan pertama kali oleh Bapak Ento sejak 25 tahun silam.
